The following Privacy Policy presents the policy of the Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park S.A. regarding the processing of personal data collected through the website with the address www.planajakuszycka.pl.

Who is the Administrator of personal data?

The administrator of personal data in relation to the use of the website www.planajakuszycka.pl is Dolnośląski Park Innowacji i Nauki S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (52-36) at Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 4 Street, registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław - Fabryczna, VI Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000319739, TIN: 898-214-16-56. In the further part of the Privacy Policy referred to as "LSSC", "we", "us".

What data is processed by LSSC and for what purpose?

The website has been designed in such a way that it can be visited without disclosing personal data. Disclosure of data, i.e. e-mail address, first name and surname, is only necessary if you wish to contact our Company via the contact form. The provision of this data is voluntary, but necessary in order to respond.

We process the data obtained in this way on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by the administrator in order to answer your questions or for other matters on which you contact us.

We may also process the data provided in order to exercise your rights under the law.

How long does LSSC keep your data?

We keep your personal data in a form that identifies the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed.

We process the data provided to us in the contact form for the duration of the correspondence, including the processing of the enquiry and the fulfilment of the request sent, and later additionally for the period of the statute of limitations for possible claims stipulated by law.

After this period, we either anonymise (de-identify the data) or delete the data. The deletion of personal data is complete and permanent.

How does LSSC protect personal data?

We ensure that the processing of data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (hereinafter "GDPR"), the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as special regulations.

As a Company, we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a degree of security that corresponds to the possible risk of infringement of the rights or freedoms of natural persons of varying probability and severity.

We ensure that any person acting under our authority and having access to your personal data processes it only on our instructions

Does LSSC share your personal data?

We do not share the personal data sent to the Dolnośląski Park Innowacji i Nauki S.A. with third parties unless this is done in the case of:

express consent of the data subject,

transfer of data to authorised bodies on the basis of legal provisions.

Does LSSC transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)?

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Does LSSC profile data

We do not process personal data by automated means, including profiling.

  2. obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of that data, the intended period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining that period, your rights under the GDPR and your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the source of that data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards applied in relation to the transfer of that data outside the European Union,
  3. obtain a copy of your personal data.
  4. To rectify (amend) your data. You have the right to rectify and complete the personal data you have provided. You have the right to request us to rectify this data (if it is incorrect) and to complete it (if it is incomplete);
  5. erasure (right to be forgotten) - if in your opinion there is no basis for us to process your data you can request that we erase it. You have the right to request erasure of your personal data if:
  6. you have withdrawn specific consent, to the extent that the personal data was processed on the basis of your consent,
  7. your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for which it was processed,
  8. you have objected to the use of your data for marketing purposes,
  9. you have objected to the use of your data for the purpose of keeping statistics on the use of the Website and satisfaction surveys, and your objection has been found to be justified,
  10. your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Despite your request to erase your personal data, due to your objection or withdrawal of consent, we may retain certain personal data to the extent necessary for the establishment, investigation or defence of claims. This applies in particular to personal data including: name, surname, email address and application history, which we retain for the purposes of investigating complaints and claims relating to the use of our services;

  • Restriction of data processing - you can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data only to the storage or performance of activities agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or are processing it unfoundedly, or you do not want us to delete it because you need it to establish, assert or defend your claims, or for the duration of your objection to the processing.   • when you question the accuracy of your personal data, in which case we will restrict the use of your personal data for the time we need to verify the accuracy of your data,
  • when the processing of your data is unlawful, in which case you request a restriction of use instead of erasure,
  • when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected or used it, but is needed by you in order to establish, assert or defend your claims,
  • when you have objected to the use of your data, in which case the restriction shall be for the period of time needed to consider whether, in view of your particular situation, the protection of your interests, rights and freedoms outweighs the interests we are pursuing by processing your personal data;
  • object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data for this purpose. If your objection proves to be valid and we have no other legal basis for processing your personal data, we will delete your data against the use of which you have objected;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can make complaints, queries and requests to us about the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights. If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint about this with the supervisory authority based at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw.

The website www.planajakuszycka.pl uses so-called "cookies", i.e. small files with information stored on the customer's hard drive. This allows it to obtain basic information about how often the customer visits the website, what elements of the website interest them most, etc. This information is used for the sole purpose of compiling the website's content (IP address, browser type, operating system, time of visit, source of access). This information is only used to create statistics on the popularity of the website. Each person has the right to refuse the storage of cookies on their computer. Each browser offers the possibility of automatically rejecting cookies. The www.dpin.pl website does not collect any confidential information about its visitors.
